Federica Montesion - Social Media Specialist

I was born in Nice (France) in 1994, I speak French and English and I graduated in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Rome "La Sapienza".

During my university years I worked in Italy and abroad as a Group and Activity leader for the San Marino Tour Service in a multilingual and multinational environment, developing skills in planning, organization and management of a team.

I followed young students, including those with cognitive and behavioral disabilities, in their educational path and support for school activities.

The family apprenticeship in the field of communication and content creation gave me an interest in social media, digital media and digital marketing.

In the last year I have approached the world of meditation and mindfulness, a path that I intend to continue given the mental, emotional and physical benefits acquired personally, further deepening the knowledge, sharing and promotion of this practice.
